Sessions normally run normally around 90 minutes and include powerful intuitive coaching, hypnosis, embodiment practices, somatic healing techniques, awareness practices, meditation and other methodologies that support your individual growth.
These are heart-centered coaching sessions where you will be challenged to question any beliefs or stories that do not serve you and to embody new and empowering ways of being.
